To avoid tangling the ends (the &quot;scale lines&quot;), you can just tie them in big knots. Our performance acrylic yarn is colorfast, so you don&apos;t have to worry about it bleeding. You definitely don&apos;t want to put it in the washing machine or the dryer though!
