There was an issue with my Hammock Throne™ and I would like to return it, how do I do this?Updated 6 months ago

We are sorry to hear that you are 100% satisfied with your Hammock Throne or delivery. If you have questions, concerns or additional requests please get in touch with our Concierge support team at [email protected]. Our Concierge team has all of the resources necessary to ensure any issues with your purchase or freight delivery are resolved to ensure your satisfaction.

If you decide to move forward with a return for a refund on your Hammock Throne, please note that there is a $499 restocking fee for each returned Hammock Throne due to its size, the cost and logistics of return freight shipping are not insignificant.

The boxes that your Hammock Throne components arrive in are part of your “product” and all hammock Throne components including hardware and original internal packing materials need to be included with your returned unit. We encourage all customers to inspect their Throne upon arrival and to retain all boxing and packing materials until you are 100% sure your Hammock Throne is for you. This is important because it ensures the safe return transport of your Hammock Throne and guarantees the Throne will not be damaged in return transit.

After being received and inspected for signs of damage, refunds will be issued within 3-4 business days from your Throne’s arrival at our US warehouse.
