Our Concierge team has all of the resources necessary to ensure any issues with your purchase or freight delivery are resolved to ensure your satisfaction.
If there are no defects or manufacturing issues with your Throne and you decide to move forward with a return for a refund, please note that due to its size and the cost + logistics of return freight shipping, each returned Hammock Throne will incur a $499 restocking fee.
The boxes that your Hammock Throne components arrive in are part of your “product,” and all hammock Throne components, including hardware and original internal packing materials, need to be included with your returned unit. We encourage all customers to inspect their Throne upon arrival and to retain all boxing and packing materials until you are 100% sure your Hammock Throne is for you. This is important because it ensures the safe return transport of your Hammock Throne and guarantees the Throne will not be damaged in return transit.
After being received and inspected for signs of damage, refunds will be issued within 3-4 business days from your Throne’s arrival at our US warehouse.
